Welcome to The Wilder Kitchen
Here at The Wilder Kitchen, we use our culinary experiences from around the world to constantly explore the connection between food, fire and nature with an ethos on supporting small, local businesses and suppliers. Sustainability is at heart of the project and our dishes are inspired by local producers, foragers and the seasons.
The experiences we create, which take place throughout the Outer Hebrides, mainland Scotland and increasingly across England and Wales, revolve around the ingredients we can source locally, inspiring a mindset that aligns with small scale, local businesses and suppliers and creating an ethos that celebrates sustainability and the pleasures of cooking and eating outside.
Outdoor cooking
Supper clubs, workshops & collaborations
Cooking with fire allows you an insight into the dialogue of the wilderness and a glimpse into our primal history. Outside, cooking is reinvigorated, reimagined and returned to its most natural state, where ingredients are married to the burning embers, completing a process that traces back thousands of years.
We are always looking to share this passion for food, fire and good produce. If you would like to inquire about private dining or hosting us for events or supper clubs then get in touch at info@the-wilder-kitchen.com
